We discussed how he is a very regimented individual, and when Covid hit he had to create a new regiment that would fit the times at hand. He discusses how during times like this it’s important to pause and self-reflect to determine what your strengths are and how to capitalize on them when getting in front of customers. We discuss the tools in his toolbox of success and how it has changed over the past several months as well as the importance of unplugging from everything for personal mental health.
