On this episode Nina Spencer (Vice President – Onward Consulting) joins us and gives us her perspective of what it was like moving from Scotland to Houston and jumping in the oilfield. She provided a great story of how her career has evolved and where it has taken her. We then discuss something that is near and dear to her heart: child advocacy. We discuss what people can do in our industry to help others with their time vs their finances. With family scattered throughout the world, it was also interesting to hear her viewpoint on Covid and the inability to travel to other countries during these times.
